RE: How is an Engineer certified as a forensics expert?

There are a number of firms that have forensic specialists in various fields of structural engineering. I suggest contacting these firms. The ones that I come to mind are Wiss, Jenny & Elstner, CTL, Rath, Rath & Johnson,
etc. in the Chicago area. I am sure there are many more.
