I don't think seismic is a problem. The job's in Houston, and until we go to
IBC, I'm STILL going to pretend seismic doesn't even exist.

Wind speed is 110 mph, though.

Be aware, GDW is not allowed to resist seismic forces when applied to CFS.
It must be on wood per the IBC.  Read the table headings a little more
closely.  You won't find GDW in the seismic table.
