Please note that you may have to design the box form against water as well as concrete in two separate case.
Refer ACI manual for concrete pressure. That gives standard formulas. I am using those for last 11 years. Next you may have to consider the velocity of water  to design the empty form, before pouring the concrete.

I am designing a wall  of a box form and pouring concrete under water 30 ft high at a rate of say 8 inch high per hour. Does any one have experience or any reference that tells me what pressure will be on the form due to wet concrete.
