The best that I can do is to refer you to US Army Corps of Engineers document TI 809-04 which gives ground accelerations for Maracaibo (Ss=0.62, S1=0.28) and for Caracas (Ss=1.65, S1=0.75).

Subject: Seismic Hazard Maps for Eastern Venezuela S.A.

Does anyone know how to obtain Seismic Hazard Maps for Venezuela. I would prefer if they are based on the same criteria as NEHRP 2000 of a 1% chance of being exceeded in 50 years. We are developing similar maps for the Caribbean and need to "tie in" with Venezuela.
