Only Item 7 of the Table below(based on the UBC) uses 2 layers on one side, otherwise when used on both sides, multiply the values of items 1 to 6 by 2.

Table 15i - allowable shear for wind or seismic forces in psf for gypsum board.  Is this table shear value for One or TWO sides gypsum boar?
