I know of anything off hand with specific test data. You could try EERI,
I think you can check out test reports but you have to return them (just
like a library).

Go to www.aisc.org and download the steel tips on RBS and moment
connections. Also, try FEMA 350, if you have a small frame, a different
connection may be more suitable.

Does anybody know of a good source or sources  for RBS moment frame test
data.  I have the complete copy of the SAC data but am looking for some
more data that may have some smaller sizes.
