I think this is a method that I've used in the past and seems to work fairly
well.  sometimes you have to tweek things a bit after all is done to get
width of texts right and etc., but not any worse than using other methods
that have been mentioned since when I've tried them such as OLE objects you
can only import one page at a time and scaling subsequent sheets is a "Pain
in ......"
