Subject: Pedestrian Bridge Railing

Can someone with access to the AASHTO Pedestrian Bridge design specs tell me if there is a minimum railing height requirement for mixed (pedestrian and bicycle) use?  Is there a different railing loading design requirement than for just pedestrian use?

TIA,
