Mr. Awwad did not specifically ask for building code requirements.
For all we know, he may have been interested in Mechanical, Fire/Life Safety, Health & Sanitary requirements or other unique systems.
You can mock him, or you can assist him in his research.
Mr. Awwad is a structural engineer, as you are - why not extend him some professional courtesy!
