Mr. Lewis,

With respect to the procurement portion of your question, consider using
ASTM F593 in lieu of ASTM A193.   Matching nuts may be found in ASTM F594.
Within each of those documents, "Type 2" (what the industry calls it) or
"Alloy Group 2" (what the standard calls it) is 316.
