RE: AISC Tech Bulletin #3

Tech bulletin #3 contained special requirements for A572 Gr. 50. These
special requirements were then incorporated into A992. I think that
there is an article called "steel industry embraces A992" on AISC's web
site. There should be a link from the article to TB #3.
