I was trying to download the file but I can't do it. Seems to be a problem
with the address. I would like to see it.

-For your first question:

There's a way to do it. In the tools menu choose check duplicate, then
choose node. The software will ask you for a tolerance (the greatest
distance between nodes to consider that two nodes are repeated) then the
software will eliminate the nodes redundant so you will have just one node
and the software will make the new conections automatically.

Sorry, I don't understand the second question. Maybe you can clarify it a
little bit more.
