Re: Engineering Software

Although I tend to use it mainly for individual beams and columns, the concept module is not without value.  The connections module is still a bit of a dog and requires a bit of judgment when interesting.  I haven't fully driven the shearwall module yet, but I hope it becomes useful.

Overall I use it a lot in residential and low rise commercial, and am reasonably satisfied with it.

Subject: Engineering Software

Hi all,
I'm thinking of purchasing the "Woodworks" software for designing residential
types of projects.  Does anyone have any experience with this software?
Is there any others out there that might be better?  Would appreciate your
inputs.   Thanks
