You can try AISC Steel Design Guide Series #13
"Stiffening of Wide-Flange
Columns at moment Connections".

There is also an excel macro on AISC web site, called "clean column". You
can download it for free. It calculates the min. column size required at a
moment connection without  web doublers and/or stiffeners.
