Try the AISC Publication "Connections" Volumes I & II, 
and also the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction 
"Design Guide for Hollow Structural Section 
Connections" by Packer & Henderson (it is in metric.  
The AISC also has a similar book on HSS conections but 
I am told it is going to be revised.
