There are actually quite a few companies who do radiography - it would depend on the location of the proposed project.

As a side note however,  the machines used for concrete testing are gamma ray machines - they emit the radiation (gamma rays) due to the decay of a radioactive element. 

X-ray machines, such as what is used in doctors offices, emit x-rays in a manner that is somewhat similar to the way light is emitted from a light bulb (but a lot higher energy.)  

X-ray machines cost alot more than gamma rays so they are not something that would typically be used in the field.
