Differential temperature effect

Dear Lutz,
I must have put the ( Delta T / h ) value. But till now, I was working with
the (Delta T) only.
However, to me, sap2000 should revise this part :)
Because, the wall thickness is already defined in the section property. So,
there should be no need in dividing
the (Delta T) value to "h" again.
