RE: Welded Headed Studs

There are some tables in the connections chapter of the PCI Design Handbook
and in the PCI Connections for Precast and Prestressed Concrete manual that
might be of help.  They take into account a variety of edge distances,
spacings between studs, and depth of embedment.

For that matter, in response to a different question, the Handbook and the
manual have some tables that show size of required weld to achieve full
strength of rebar or bolts welded to a plate.
