RE: UBC 1630.2.1 - SEISMIC DEAD LOAD

Rao,

All this that Bill outlines is specified in section 1630.1.1 of the 1997
UBC.  The last "paragraph" of that sections gives the "definition" of what
is to be considered as the seismic dead load from the point of view of the
UBC code.
