When handling these sort of structures ( let's say non-standard types )
for wind loading, I usually consider the corresponding BS provisions, which
are including lots of cases and structural types. I refer to BSI CP 3, Chapter V,
Part 2. Wind Loads. In this document there are specific guidelines for canopy roofs.
I have only an old hard copy of it ( year 1972, I do not think there's much change
on this matter in that Code. FYI, BSI was already using the 3-second gust speed
in those times ).
I got to scan the page with the corresponding information, see attached file. You will
have there, pressure coefficients Cp for canopies, additional explanations and specs
( in the foot-note )  on how to consider other issues arising in these roofs. 
 
I should add some hints :  
-  In Table 13,  h    is heigth off ground ( of lower corner, if it is a sloping roof ).
                     w1   is plan dimension along wind direction ( projected width of roof )
-  Frictional drag may not be considered in your case. 
-  The Table is considering  some restrictions for the ratio h/w1which seem to let your case
   out of the scope of these provisions. I think, this should not stop you in using these
   data, as a reference criteria for starting up in your analysis, adding up the proper factors
   for the increase in height over ground, i.e. less ground roughness effect & variation
   of wind speed with height above ground , etc.
