On July 11th, the Surveyors, Architects, and Engineers of El Dorado County (SAGE)
will present their July 2003 Seminar:

A Professional Survival Guide for Today's Litigious Environment.

The seminar will be held at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 330 Fair Lane, Building A
in Placerville, California.  You will receive 6 PDH's and a certificate at the end of the seminar

The speakers are Eugene Bass, Eqs. P.E. and Phyllis Newton, Esq.

Seminar fee:  $75.00 if paid by 7/3/03 or $90.00 at the door.

        Goals when preparing/negotiating an agreement.
        Three categories of agreement problems.
        Onerous and missing agreement provisions.
        Ownership of documents.
        Limitations of liability.
        Alternative dispute resolution.
        Attorney's fees provisions.
