This describes exemptions related to the Riley Act for wood frame bldgs two
stories or less and biplexes and single-family dwellings of all construction
in unincorporated areas. However, many counties enhance their requirements
for such buildings beyond this statewide minimum. Some of this was added in
1995, such as subsection (e). FYI,
