Texas Engineering Practice Act (?131.167.  Disciplinary Actions.
Subparagraph (i)):

Unlicensed practice of engineering (Section 1.1; Section 1.2; Section 8;
Section 17; Section 18; Section 22C; Section 23) - First offense: Cease and
Desist Order and $2,000.00 - Subsequent Offenses: Injunctive / Criminal and
$3,000.00

Texas Engineering Practice Act (?131.168.  Actions Against Non-License
Holders.):

Under the authority and provisions of the Texas Engineering Practice Act,
??8 and 22C, the board shall investigate complaints and take action against
non-license holders or firms who are found to be censurable for a violation
of the law.
