Grinter's "Design of Modern Steel Structures," Vol. 1, and Gaylord &
Gaylord's, "Design of Steel Structures," both come to mind. The Gaylord book
has "design plates" (hand calc sheets) for a plate girder railroad bridge and
Grinter's has various details for truss and plate girder railroad bridges.
