Changes to the Texas Engineering Practice Act

The Regular Session of the 78th Texas Legislature made several changes to the Texas Engineering Practice Act.  These changes will become effective next Monday, September 1, and will affect all licensed professional engineers in Texas.  If this includes you or your colleagues, I recommend reading the legislative summary at:
