RE: Posting Live Load

[Subject Prev][Subject Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next]
ADAAG requires sign to be posted 60" to the centerline of the sign and shall
be installed on the wall adjacent the latch side of the door. Signs which
provide information about functional spaces have to meet ADAAG requirements
for character size, etc.

Subject: Posting Live Load

I am working on an addition to an existing building. The room live load
needs to be posted per IBC 3402.2.2. Are there standard signs for
posting live loads? What are they. What is the letter height, size,
etc.?

Thanks.

Rich
