Ben,

Don't get me wrong.  Personally, I am always glad when someone
around here catches an error before it goes out the door to a
fabricator.  I try to keep them out all together, but I'm not
*that* good.  ;-)

I concur with your sentiment that some check, "plan check" or
"peer review" or both, is better than none.
