This much is absolutely possible, and has been for years. PalmOS uses as third-party “conduit” manager called “PocketMirror” to transfer information to and from Outlook and the Palm device.

 

I have an “old” Palm i705, which isn’t “WiFi” but does the Internet using a slow but reliable cellular link. I also have a Bluetooth card that can link to my PC.

I think that the new Palm is Microsoft compatible to accept the contact list and phone directories of Microsoft Office, but I am not sure.
