Re: Slab-on-grade WWF or WWM oops (Now WWR)

WWM has been used many times in lieu of WWF.  There are arguemwnts that
because contractors have always substituded WWF (now called WWR) with the
WWM, it is OK to do. Recall that WWM has less steel and might not have been
tested.
