ASCE 7-02, Table 6-3

Referring to the table named in the subject line, note the for Exposure
B, Case 2, with z less than 30 feet, an adjustment of some kind is
apparently applied to the equations given in Note 2 of the table,
yielding lower values of K-sub-z.  Does anyone have any idea what the
mathematical form of this adjustment is?
