While working on a project for the Fed. gov. Weidlinger Associates Inc.
were our blast consultants.  I was not the project manager so I did not
correspond directly with them on the major issues. I do have a name of the
person from Weidlinger that was involved in the project. They may be able to
help you out.   Email me directly if you decide to persue this route.
