```Round only rounds to the number of digits you specify, not to a particular
increment.
If you wanted 1044.333 to round to 1045 (or anything else besides 1044.33),
the round function won't do that but ceiling will.
ceiling(1044.333333,1)=1045
ceiling(1044.333333,0.5)=1044.5
ceiling(1044.333333,3/12)=1044.5
ceiling(1044.33333,8)=1048 (block module)
etc.
"Ceiling" (and "floor") are much more powerful than "round" with the same
number of keystrokes.
That's why you use the "round" function.  round(1044.33333333,2) displays as
1044.33.
