RE: Strengthening soils under existing footing?

WITHOUT going into a lot of detail, I have some very satisfactory experience
with installation of helical piles as well. I've specced them on residential
foundation repair jobs, and they are easily installed with a lot less "muss
'n' fuss" than other methods, don't require a lot of tearing up. etc.

Jason's right about helical pile being ideal with low head room areas. If
you go this route contact me off list and I'll share my experience with this
product. It will help you trouble shoot installation problems.
