Richard,

I have the Mathcad disk with Roark's Formulas for Stress and Strain, obtained several years ago.  It does not contain the full volume.  It does not contain all of the formulas from all of the Tables.  I don't remember now what problem I was hoping to solve using the disk but couldn't, but the disk was not useful for my purposes.  As I recall, I used the book instead, and entered the formulas I wanted to use into my mathcad worksheet myself.  I have not tried to use the concrete or steel applications.

Subject: MathCad Civil Programs

I received a promo for Mathcad Civil Engineering addon sale of $99.  I went to their web site to see what the software included.  The description was very brief.  It said it included;

Roark's Formulas for Stress and Strain, 6th Ed
Building Structural Design: Reinforced Concrete and Steel Applications
Building Thermal Analysis

Does anybody out there use this software?  If so, What does the Reinforced Concrete and Steel Applications do?  Is it worth the purchase?

Thanks.
