Deformed Bar Anchor.  It is weldable rebar with a pointed end on it so
that 
can be welded with a fusion weld similar to a headed stud.  But again,
the 
alloy is such that it is low carbon and can be welded with stick
electrode.  
It is often easier to get than weldable rebar.
