A friend sent me that asking for professional opinion in view of that "impending" earthquake in Southern California ( 
Generally, appears to be an interesting perspective, and the source looks legit, too  At the same time, some items - like the warning about the stairs and exterior walls - may raise questions.
What do you think about the structural aspects of the article?
