Re: Shear Max Panel

Bill,

I've specified Shear Max Panels for one residential project. I have been
providing informal advice from time to time to Kent Carlson [
Kent.Carlson(--nospam--at)SHEARMAX.com ], their engineer [an occasional Seaint List
participant] for their product development and testing. I believe that it
is a very good alternative to Simpson Strong Wall.

| I've been asked to review the Shear Max panel (http://www.shearmax.com) as
a
| substitute for a Simpson Strong Wall.
|
| Does anyone have any experience or opinions (pro or con) on the use of a
| Shear Max panel in lieu of a Simpson Strong Wall?
|
