Looking for structural designer:
I am an architect who have developed a construction system based in concrete masonry.
I used the system to build 7,500 houses in 13 months, in Mexico City, where earthquakes are very strong and frequent.    It happens in 1966 and the houses are today with no problems.
After redesigning the system to be used in the US, I applied for patent; it is now patent pending.  But the system works great in any country.
I hope you will be interested in working with me to build in your country.
I worked in Mexico calculating the walls as beams with upper and lower reinforcement, it works very well, but I was using my 1994 knowledge, I found that the codes here are different.
I need professional expertise.    I know the concrete box, which contains the houses work monolithically, I have the proof of the performance, but I need the expertise of the structural designer to show in compliance with the construction codes.
I have a web page where show the experiences in Mexico: www.eacsystem.com , if you look at it can have a more information and maybe you will write me back with your fees and conditions.

Thank You
Eugenio Aburto, AIA
