 I responded to your liquefaction problem but I didn't see it posted. This probably won't be much help but short of Harold Sprague's solution I suggested using a mat foundation which may be the best solution to float the whole building on a fairly uniform soil pressure.  Either post tension or conventional would eliminate individual grade beams or column pads tied to a slab foundation that may have to be thicker than conventional anyway.
