Can anyone recommend a good book or publication on the design of _laterally loaded_ cast-in-place concrete piles?

The military/gov't publications named are quite "dry."

I found Prakash & Sharma's textbook (http://tinyurl.com/6hlqb) to be practical as well as thorough.

I notice that Lyman Reese's book has apparently been reprinted or has a new edition or something (http://tinyurl.com/5yduw).

I would recommend either of these over the others mentioned in an earlier post.
