You'll also want to get a hold of a copy of Professor Elmer Payne's (University of Dayton, Ohio) tilt-up lifting analysis program if your going to be designing the lifting embeds and supplement reinforcement required for the actual "tilting" operation.

Once you get an understading of the design, I highly suggest getting
Enercalc to save yourself a lot of time. I have used it many times on tilt
buildings.
