FDOT has done a few of these as design-build projects.  Their District 5
office should be able to give you the name of some of the design teams -
best bet is to check with their D5 structures office.  Start at
www.dot.state.fl.us.  If you can't get to who you need to, e-mail me
privately and I can give you a name/number.
