The National Council of Structural Engineers Associations has developed a manual titled ?Structural Engineers Emergency Response Plan? which is a template for organization of efforts in this area. There are forms in the manual for a letter agreement for emergency professional services and a short-form agreement for emergency professional services.

FWIW, this is an excellent tool (manual) for creating and sharpening efforts in emergency response for engineers.

I am searching for contract documents/templates for the "temporary, or permanent" employment/retainment of engineering professionals, by local authorities, for (engineering) response to emergency events.

Does anyone have experience with, and/or access to such documentation?
