Type II and Type IV are low and lower respectively.
 
This is border line for a "mass pour".
 
If finish is critical you may want to consult with the concrete finisher before using flyash.

Haven’t had time to reply but consider using low heat of hydration cement, I don’t recall the type of cement it is.  Also I recall fly ash affects heat of hydration.  Sorry I don’t have the time to better research this.
