Adding more notes is just going to take up more ink. If the city mandates
(through code changes) that weekly inspection reports need to be stamped by
EOR similar to shop drawings then this process could become smoother.
Probably more work for the EOR.  This could be incorporated into chapter 17
and tied in with the structural observation form.  Probably something for
SEAOSC code committee to consider.
