the following are all max percentages
Phosphorus (Open hearth or electric furnace)
   Acid 0.06
   Basic 0.04
   Acid-bessemer 0.10
Sulfur 0.05
Copper when copper steel is specified 0.20

That's it. Carbon and Manganese have no specified composition.
