RE: Medical Services was - Thank ou for your kind thoughts - to Gary Hodgson

[Subject Prev][Subject Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next]
Up until now I found this to be a bland but somewhat tedious conversation.
Now I have to jump in after that tongue in cheek remark.

Ms. Robertson,

Please name on efficient government program?
Please name one effective public education program?
Please name one program for public safety that has not be usurped by
bureaucracy?

The problem with the medical system is simple. The user (that would be you
or I) has no say in establishing the cost or quality of the service. It is
all mandated by either private socialist enterprises (read Insurance, HMO
etc.) or public socialist enterprises. In the entire history of the world
not one socialist program (private or public) has been successful long term.
Only one program has had any short term success, the Public Works
Association (PWA) and only then because it was a short lived organization.

Please realize that individuals have done more real, effective, efficient
action with regards to public safety and education, than any single
government program.

Think about it, and see if you can answer my first three questions.

Arvel

Interesting...
you can organize their safety and education better than our government?

Where do I sign up?

There is all the difference in the world between ME sharing what I have with
others and the GOVERNMENT taking what I have and giving it to someone else.
The first is true love and charity, the latter is nothing more than
stealing.
