RE: Good vs. Evil

[Subject Prev][Subject Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next]
This simply reflects the ever-more-heated debate in our society in
general. We "conservatives" believe that much of what is "good" in our
society has been branded "evil" by those who grew out of the
"counterculture" of the 1960s.

Their power has grown over time to the extent that their radical desire
to change society into their version of "Utopia" appears in some very
strange places indeed. "Conservatives" are beginning to fight back, and
the Left doesn't like it. They had the cover of radar for so many years
("Yellow Dog Democrats," "All Politics is Local," MSM filled with their
partisans, etc.) and their cover is blown.

The Cold War is now getting hot. It's just the way of things from time
to time, especially in a (currently) free society.

It's been bothering me lately to see so many posts by professionals who
are polarized to one extreme or the other.
