ACI uses the term “reinforcement”, not “reinforcing”…so I suppose that must be correct(?).

I'd like some opinions:

In writing specs or referring to steel rebar or WWR on drawings, what is the correct term, "reinforcing" or "reinforcement"? Or does it matter?
