RE: Knock-out Panel

I don’t think precast panels would be practical.  This is a below grade foundation wall that needs a future opening into the basement area.  The remaining structure is all cast in place.

How about using precast panels with rubber membrane membrane waterproofing?

Subject: Knock-out Panel

I am designing a concrete basement wall that is to have a knock-out panel for a future opening.  I would appreciate any suggestion on the best way to detail this to ensure waterproofing and ease of demolition in the future.

Thanks.
